Visualize Healing

We are all fascinated about healers, how do they do it? Even if we don’t believe in this phenomenon, it’s just human curiosity. We like to know how does it work, is it possible, and can everybody become a healer? The answers to these questions are yes. If you belief you can heal, you will. Of course if you belief that it’s impossible, guess what, you are right, you can’t. Human mind has power beyond it’s imagination.
There are various ways of healing. My mother had great healing power in her hands and arms; I remember that from my childhood, every time I had a painful accident she wiped the pain away from my body, almost instantly by simply hugging me (I am sure I am not the only one with this experience.) All healings involve one common thing: Energy. Human body like anything else in the universe is pure energy, therefore it responds to energy without any exception. If you close your eyes and softly repeat to yourself silently “love, love, love….” For as little time as 30 seconds, your physical body will feel different (no need for me to mention how different?!…) Human body is ultimately pure energy which like anything in outer world is a perfect reflection of the inner world, what we are manifesting in our outer world (physical body) in reality is the reflection of our inner world (our thoughts) in other words, before we manifest anything in our outer world or our physical body, we must create that in our inner world (our mental world, our thought.)
There are different techniques and methods of healings such as Reiki, Pranic, Massage and Prayers. Almost any cultures around the world have various rituals for healings.
One of the simple yet very effective ways of healing is Visualization. By visualizing ourselves in an ideal way that we like to be real, and believe in it. In actuality we are attracting that energy in our life and soon what we are seeing in our mind (inner world) becomes a reality and we will experience it in our outer world (physical world).
As we consciously use the power of our mind we will get the result we are seeking. There are two times a day that are magical for healing or any manifestation. One is before falling sleep at night, and second time is just after waking in the morning. These are the two times that we are very close to our subconscious mind and it is our Subconscious Mind that influences the Universal Energy and the Superconscious Mind to bring our desires to reality which is healing or manifestation of anything.
Healing Visualization: just before sleep at night for few minutes focus on your breathing and relax your body, breathe deeply and relax completely, clear your mind of all thoughts and just focus on your breathing. Begin to visualize the object of your healing. This might be you or someone else, an aspect of yourself or another person who needs healing. Then visualize the object of your healing is surrounded with infinite light of love and healing, glowing radiant light. Now imagine, visualize, and know beyond any doubt the object of your healing to be in perfect health and feel the vibration of ultimate health. Feel it with gratefulness, the more grateful you feel the more powerful healing will be. Always visualize your healing as if it already happened, in other words see it in present tense. Repeat your visualization as long as it’s necessary to manifest the desired outcome.
Caution: always get permission for healing others.
